Feb: $50 deposit for Early Bird gift is due
March: $50 ($100 total) for Discounted Fee
April: $110 ($210 total) Final payment for Discounted Fee
April: Merit Badge selections due to Adult Leaders (see Merit Badge Selection form)
June: All payments (non-discounted fees) due. Physical forms part “B” are due (See Physicals under forms)
June 27th: Sunday at 10.30 AM. We will depart from Jackson Middle School (by door #7). Bring along a water bottle and sack lunch to eat while we are waiting at check-in.
July 1st: at approximately 6:00pm, dinner and family night campfire at Troop Campsite.
July 3rd: We will depart after breakfast from 7R at approximately 11am and return to Jackson Middle School.
Drivers to and from camp are always needed!
Check in at Jackson Middle School …coordinated by Senior Patrol Leader…
Arrival at JMMS at 11.00 AM –
Scouts check in with SPL or his designee
Scouts check in Pipestone wood at trailer with 5th year pipestone holder(s) or candidates
Scouts check in funds with Troop Banker (Adult)
Scouts check in medication with Adult Troop Leader with medication form (under forms – forms for parent use)
Scouts assigned to vehicle by SPL
Depart at 11.30 AM for 7R
Arrive at 7R around 12.30 PM
Scouts deliver Pipestone wood to 7R trailer
Scouts have forms and physical review by camp staff at Netawotwes Pavilion (next to parking lot & admin lodge)
Once at Troop Campsite, Troop immediately puts on swim suits & reports to water front for swimming test (if your son is a weak swimmer –get him into lessons now)
While Troop is at the swimming test, parents and committee can set up dining flies in campsite (trailer will arrive from parking lot)
After swimming, Troop will return to campsite and BOYS will unpack personal gear and remaining troop gear.
Troop will prepare for dinner at 5:00, at which time parents should plan on departing camp.
